Oscar's Oyster Bar & Baithouse is owned by Phil Duhon and his wife, Ashley, who run a tight ship of friendly and prompt staff. Phil spent many years in Louisiana learning his special craft of creating a wide variety of quality foods.
Phil served locally as executive chef at a prominent restaurant right here in the Springs and brings his special blend of cooking and his ability to find the highest quality steaks and sea foods with him to Oscar's Tejon Street. Although Phil proudly serves the Freshest Shucked Oysters in town, you'll also be tempted with his wide variety of hand picked entrees and delicious comfort food to soothe your appetite.

The Staff
Great Food is only one ingredient in a recipe for a pleasurable dining experience. The Staff is like the icing on a cake. Everyone at Oscar's Tejon Street is committed to providing you with a memorable experience. The waitresses are attentive, efficient and well acquainted with the menu to answer any questions you might have. The Bartenders are well versed in the art of mixology but more importantly, they always have a friendly smile for you. The Place The So Do District is such a unique and diverse section of Downtown Colorado Springs and Oscar’s Tejon Street is glad to be a part of it’s revitalization by providing a comfortable place where people from many walks of life can get together and actually talk to one another over a glass of beer, an appetizer, some fresh oysters or a sumptuous dinner. We want Oscar’s Tejon Street to be a place where everyone knows you by name. We have a great patio for guests that would prefer an outdoor setting and plenty of parking is available at the corner of Costilla and Tejon.
