All encased in a southern style locally owned Mom & Pop Shop.  Oscar’s proprietor Phil Duhon is a Colorado Springs native with family roots in Louisiana.  Chef Phil is an accomplished award winning Executive Chef & restaurant operator hailing from local fine dining restaurants here in Colorado Springs.  It is the goal at Oscar’s to serve people food & beverage at prices that everyone can accommodate.
